Now working with for continuous shifts from Brockton to Plymouth and likewise on the Cape.
Task Responsibilities:.
Offer or help in Tasks of Daily Living: personal hygiene, toileting, cleaning, dressings, mouth, and skin health.
Provide or help with mobility, usage of suitable assistive devices, moving, turning and repositioning.
Aid or give with meal preparation.
Help with any recommended physical exercise or range of activity activities.
Aid with light house cleaning consisting of washing; giving a clean and safe setting.
Give transportation; duties, purchasing, exams.
Your job cooperatively with client and family members and share any kind of monitorings or adjustment in problem to the Registered nurse Hygiene Manager.
Work under the direction and supervision of the Registered nurse Care Manager.
Supply medicine support as directed.
In charge of following the plan of treatment designed to meet the needs of the client.
Experienced and comfy with dealing with innovative ordinances and end-of-life hygiene.
Satisfy various other relevant responsibilities as requested.
Bodily Demands:.
Often needed to climb up stairways.
Need to have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Should be able to drive a car.
Must have a normal array of vision with or without rehabilitative lenses.
Must have a typical array of hearing with or without restorative devices.
Task Requirements:.
Valid CNA or Home Wellness Aide certification.
Prior experience in residence health is chosen.
Legitimate drivers permit and trusted transportation.
Need to manage to take a trip within approximately a one hour driving radius of Plymouth, MA.
Mobile phone (text messages).
Demonstrate proficiency in reading and understanding a Client Care Strategy.
Understands advanced regulations and end-of-life treatment.
Need to manage to read/write/understand English.
Meets all health/physical needs and passes background/drug testing.
